Who Are We
At PIPS Homes, we believe in supporting parents and carers to ensure that more children can remain within their birth families and the right support is given at the right time to ensure children feel loved and secure in their homes, and parents are supported with any vulnerabilities and adversity that they may be facing.
Where Are We
Located in the East Midlands within a residential area, close to local amenities and a town centre. There are a variety of shops, supermarkets, food outlets, and access to a range of health and education facilities, all within a few minutes’ walk. There are good public transport links locally making it accessible for families and we are easily accessed from the M1 and have good rail links both north and south from the Midlands.
Our Ethos
AT PIPS Homes we believe that families have a right to help and support and autonomy in what happens in their lives and will support families to feel empowered within their own assessment. We work in collaboration with families and partners to achieve the best service, working ‘with’ not doing ‘to’. PIPS will work with families to nurture their strengths and support them to develop sustainable parenting skills. We will ensure that parents understand their assessment, their needs and strengths and seek to ensure that there is full transparency throughout the assessment and support provided. PIPS Homes is focused on achieving positive outcomes for families, through strengths based, empathetic, collaborative assessment and support.
